Butterflied chicken breast, coated in flour and seasoning, dipped in egg and covered in a parmesan bread crumb, gently pan fried until golden, then placed in the oven to bake. If you fancy something more decadent, try the Parmo, which is all of the above but topped with a homemade tomato, garlic and herb paste, followed by a bechamel sauce and grated Leicestershire cheese and finally finished off under the grill. Both of these beauties are served with fries, coleslaw and a small side salad

Steak & ale or chicken ham & leek £16.00
Steak, braised then simmered slowly in ale, mushrooms, onions, carrots, garlic and herbs, until beautifully tender, then topped with puff pastry in individual pie dishes, served with buttery creamy mash and cabbage, carrot and peas.
Roast Chicken, boiled gammon ham and leeks, all cut into bite sized chunks, combined in a creamy white sauce and topped with puff pastry.

Customer Feedback Reviews: The Pies are too big, delicious, but unable to eat it all. We've listened, and now the pies are not encased, but topped and our customers are happy, still a struggle to eat it all but too good to leave.
